How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

There are two kinds of conversations. First, you speak with Emperormemories Pest Control, the referral service. We listen and gather basic details. Then you speak with an independent provider in our network. That provider looks at the problem, gives advice and does the work.

We do not list staff names or send anyone to your door. The provider you are matched with is a separate business.

What Happens on the Call

Say you call after finding tiny wood piles under a window frame. We will ask a few easy questions.

• What did you see, and where?
• When did you first notice it?
• Is it indoors, outdoors or both?
• Have you tried anything yet?

Then we connect you with a provider who handles that issue near Birmingham. Availability varies by provider, and many can respond quickly, so it helps to ask.

What to Ask a Provider

A good provider expects questions. Here are some worth asking:

• Do you handle this specific pest or animal?
• Will you inspect first and explain what you find?
• Can I get the quote in writing?
• What does the quote include, and what might change it?
• How do you handle pets and children around treatments?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and how is it scheduled?
• Are you licensed and insured for this work in Alabama?

Bring Your Notes and Photos

Keep a short record: dates, places, and a few photos with something in the frame for scale. If a provider points out damage, ask them to note it in writing. That record helps when you compare estimates. It may also help in any conversation with your insurer.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not mean you must hire one. You can ask for a second opinion. You can take time to read a quote. Costs vary a lot by pest, home size and how far the problem has gone, so always get the price in writing.
