How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Emperormemories Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Emperormemories Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, a sensible first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Emperormemories Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Alabama.
How to File
Email contact@emperormemories.living and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which can include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
